Pick and Roll is a unique language school in Poland that uses children's love of basketball to teach them English language.
Under the guidance of professional NBA player Marcin Gortat, children learn basketball skills and teamwork while helping each other to learn and perfect their English language skills. The idea behind this language school is that kids can have English classes and then practice what they have learned by playing basketball games, in which they can only communicate with one another by speaking English.
The name of this language school, Pick and Roll, is a basketball term for an offensive play in which a player sets a screen (called a pick) for a teammate handling the ball and then “rolls” behind a defender to receive a pass in order to move the ball closer to the basket.
The English school logo is simply the school's name set inside of a double “text cloud.” This simple logo appeals to both children and adults, while the handmade styling of the logo shows that this language school is directed towards children.
Used symbol also makes the perfect language school branding, since the double text cloud design looks great on business cards, letter heads, emails, which will continually place this language school's name before the public imprinting the school on their memory.
